Mandalay Bay's 1923 Prohibition Bar lets you feel as though you've slipped into a speakeasy. A new live music engagement featuring Nieve Malandra starts this Saturday at 9 pm. The scene won't be the raucous party environment Vegas is known for, but it's a start.
