Rivea is a French restaurant from Alain Ducasse next to Skyfall Lounge, which reopens on July 1. The restaurant specializes in French and Italian Influenced Cuisines. Rivea features a breezy, laid-back atmosphere design by the famous Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku duo. It offers sharable dishes including crispy socca with chickpea crêpes, marinated sea bass, focaccia di recco with stracchino cheese and olive oil, butternut squash, and ricotta ravioli, lobster risotto, and potato gnocchi with sage and Parmesan cheese.
