Fireworks by Grucci is a sixth-generation family business with roots going back to 1850 in Italy and to Long Island, New York, since 1905. They hold 14 Guinness World Records, including the largest fireworks display and the largest aerial fireworks shell. They've produced shows for Presidential Inaugurations and the Olympic Games and won the Gold Medal at the Monte Carlo Fireworks Competition. Their technical credits include pioneering the stringless shell and introducing microchip-timed aerials — the advances that made synchronized multi-site displays possible at this scale.

The Las Vegas residency is their centerpiece for 2026, the year the U.S. marks its 250th anniversary. Phil Grucci, the company's CEO and Creative Director, described the July 4th show as "transforming the entire Las Vegas Strip and Valley into a singular, synchronized canvas of celestial choreography." Strip fireworks are common enough, but a single performance spread across 15 rooftops simultaneously — each site timed to fire in coordination with the others — is a different thing from the standard New Year's Eve shows you've seen. July 1 at Station Casinos: The 50th Anniversary Show

Before the July 4th grand finale, Grucci kicked off the Station Casinos portion of the residency on July 1 with a show tied to Station Casinos' 50th anniversary — described by Station as a "World Class multi-media performance" and the first of seven Station properties featured across the summer run.

Station Casinos operates across the valley: Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, Green Valley Ranch, Palms Casino Resort, and others. If you've been to any of them, you know they draw more of a local crowd than the Strip properties do. Anchoring a 50th anniversary celebration there gives you a sense of how the residency is structured — it's distributed across the valley in a way that makes it accessible from wherever you happen to be.

The July 4th Show: 15 Sites, One Performance

The July 4th show already ran, but it's worth understanding what it was because it frames the whole residency. Nine Strip rooftops plus six Station Casinos properties fired simultaneously in a single synchronized performance — Grucci calls it the largest multi-location choreographed Independence Day show in the country, and there's no real competitor to that claim. The Strip portion alone covers a lot of ground geographically, and adding six valley locations made the visible range much wider than a standard Strip show.

If you were anywhere along Las Vegas Boulevard on the Fourth, you had multiple launch points in your sightline at once. That's the logistical reality of a show spread across nine adjacent rooftops: you don't need to pick the "right" spot the way you would for a single-source show. Being anywhere on or near the Strip at 9 p.m. was enough.

Two Saturdays Left: July 11 and July 25

With July 4th behind us, the remaining shows are July 11 and July 25 — standard Saturday residency format: eight minutes, 9 p.m., launching from casino rooftops across the 19 participating properties.

For practical viewing, Las Vegas Boulevard between Tropicana and Spring Mountain gives you the longest continuous sightline on the Strip. Further north toward the Wynn/Encore stretch, you lose some of the southern launch sites. For the Station Casinos component, the individual properties are spread across the valley — Red Rock Resort is out near Summerlin, Green Valley Ranch is Henderson-adjacent — so picking one and planting yourself nearby is the move.

Crowd-wise, July 11 will be significantly lighter than Fourth of July weekend. It's a regular Saturday in mid-July, not a holiday. July 25 is the final show of the residency, which may draw people specifically looking to catch closing night, but it won't be Independence Day traffic.

Parking on the Strip on a Saturday night is always the same situation: valet lines at the major casinos, self-park garages at properties like Caesars or MGM Grand if you want to avoid the wait. At Station Casinos properties, free self-parking is standard and the garages are much lower-stress than anything on the Strip. If you're planning to watch from outside rather than inside a casino, street parking on side streets off the Boulevard is possible but fills up early on Saturday nights.

The eight-minute show length matters for logistics — it's over fast. Have your spot picked before 8:45 p.m. If you're still walking to your viewing area when the show starts, you'll miss the opening sequence.
